I bought my first weight set at 15 and never looked back. Since then, fitness has been a driving force in my life. From a stint as an exceptionally average high school athlete, to endless bro sesh’s in the college gym, and learning to drain cauliflower ear while training martial arts in my 20’s, it was a good ride. In 2009, I walked in the door at my first CrossFit box and was immediately hooked. I’ve always made a point to find a functional fitness community to be a part of.
I coach to give back to the Resistance community. I’ve finally got the time to be able to do so, and being able to spend that time sharing something I’m passionate about with others is an absolute privilege.
